If you are not sure what the part you need is called or where to get it chances are we know already and if we don't we will do everything we can to find it and get it for you.

If you can't identify the part you need and don't know where to look then contacting us will be the place to start. Send us a picture of the complete product and (if possible) a picture of the part and we will send a parts list and product exploded view (if available) of your product for you to choose exactly which parts you need to order.

We have begun to get as many spare parts onto our web site as possible and this will be an ongoing job so if it is not there yet contact us and we will get the part you need onto the web site as a matter of urgency ready for you to purchase. All of the categories on this site will eventually be populated by (where possible) the full range of parts for that product and we ask you to be patient as it is a mammoth task to get the thousands of products with pictures and the correct details attached to them on to the web site.

Our aim is to provide quality genuine product for all parts we sell, although there will always be some products for which we can't get the genuine parts. As we provide a comprehensive range of spare parts and deal with many suppliers the prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. If there has been a price change on a part you have ordered we will notify you of this prior to supplying the part and supply it only after you give the go ahead.

We ask that you choose carefully as any parts incorrectly ordered and returned for credit will incur a 20% restocking fee as per our Returns and Warranties Policy. Also any items to be returned will need to have a copy of our Return Authority completed and attached to the returned goods.
